Rebecca and Thomas wanted an interesting venue for their wedding, so they chose the Pruyn House in Latham, NY, a historic barn and estate with a sprawling flower garden and beautiful grounds. Rebecca loves color, and wanted her flowers to make a very bold and funky statement by using vibrant colors. To do so, we used tons of big, beautiful blooms of fuchsia peonies, tropical protea, green poppy pods, anemone, astrancia, blush roses, and lots of greenery, such as dusty miller, throughout. These bouquets and arrangements were very fun to make with all the various colorful flowers, and we definitely delivered on Rebecca’s request for bold flowers! We also created baby’s breath crowns for the flower girls, and even a seeded eucalyptus and floral collar for their beloved dog! This was a fantastic wedding and Rebecca and Thomas were a wonderful couple to work with!
